Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytical data.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure brand alignment across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop compelling visual assets that elevate the product brand identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for digital products or SaaS platforms.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex user journeys, design systems, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Protopie or Principle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related creative field.
