Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-visibility technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budget forecasting with precision.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and blockers to executive stakeholders through concise reporting.
- Drive continuous process improvement through Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an enterprise software environment.
- Proven track record of managing distributed teams and complex technical roadmaps.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana with a mastery of Agile/Scrum practices.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional peers.
- Experience in Cloud-native infrastructure projects is a significant advantage.
