Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design projects from research to implementation using Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices within the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics and optimize interfaces for conversion and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web applications
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with technical feasibility
