Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design solutions
- Create pixel-perfect UI systems and design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions with 95% fidelity
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design rationale to C-level stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and design systems
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for design implementation
- Experience with user research methodologies including A/B testing and journey mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management experience
