Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Lead MLOps initiatives for production model deployment (Kubernetes, Airflow)
- Conduct advanced research in generative AI and computer vision
- Mentor junior engineers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference at scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product roadmaps
- Ensure ethical AI deployment through rigorous bias testing
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of production ML experience with deep learning frameworks
- Expertise in distributed computing (Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Strong software engineering skills with Python and C++
- Experience with reinforcement learning and transformer architectures
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
