Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all digital touchpoints
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design strategies
- Strong understanding of responsive design patterns and cross-platform constraints
- Experience implementing design systems in production environments
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
