Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, including persona development, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and cohesive visual systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design intent translates to scalable code.
- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder reviews to align vision and strategy.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or product company.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and aesthetic versatility.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Principle.
- Strong grasp of design systems, component libraries, and grid-based responsive layouts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience in accessibility design (WCAG guidelines) and mobile-first design methodologies.
- A degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
