Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Create pixel-perfect UI systems and design tokens for scalable product ecosystems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices and documentation
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless execution
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or consumer products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design mastery
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
