Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant user flows
- Conduct usability testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation of best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify decisions through user research and business metrics
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and information architecture
- Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Experience with design systems and component libraries in production environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical experience
