Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to pixel-perfect implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web/mobile projects
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys)
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) fundamentals
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to work in agile environments
