Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints from user research to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and UI patterns ensuring consistency across web/mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions within agile workflows
- Present design rationale to C-level stakeholders and mentor junior designers
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech portfolio
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research, journey mapping, and interaction design
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Proven track record of shipping successful consumer products with measurable impact
- Certification in UX design (e.g., Google UX Certificate) or equivalent degree
