Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for high-impact products
- Execute pixel-perfect UI design systems with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design governance frameworks
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align design with business objectives
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience with design sprint methodologies and agile workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
