Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain our design system with reusable components
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to implement designs
- Create design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS product portfolios
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user interviews and creating user personas
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
