Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation to production implementation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data products into core company infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to internal technical thought leadership.
- Design and oversee rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art research in NLP and predictive modeling to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and deep experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and MLOps workflows (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
