Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD with consistent design systems
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop design documentation and style guides for scalable solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies like AR/VR interfaces
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience mentoring designers and fostering collaborative design culture
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
