Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create compelling visual designs that balance aesthetics with usability and brand identity
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in fintech or SaaS applications
