Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to prototyping for web and mobile applications
- Develop user-centered design solutions through iterative usability testing and stakeholder collaboration
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI specifications
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across 15+ digital products
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and translate business requirements into user journeys
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement designs with pixel-perfect accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, persona development, and information architecture
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel), and data-driven design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and micro-interactions
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
