Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints from research to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems with consistent UI components
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex fintech workflows
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design rationale to stakeholders using storytelling and data visualization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and measurable impact
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
