Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features and balance business goals with user needs
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-driven justifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to design responsive interfaces for web and native mobile applications
- Experience with design systems and component-driven workflows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
