Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from concept wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to refine product interactions.
- Maintain and evolve our proprietary design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to execute scalable solutions.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate complex product flows for stakeholder buy-in.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our internal design culture.
- Translate business objectives into visually stunning and user-friendly digital interfaces.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive layouts.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
