Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity interaction design.
- Develop intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that simplify complex workflows.
- Conduct user testing sessions to iterate on designs based on real-world feedback and behavior data.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating the 'why' behind every creative decision.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable product features.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to advocate for the user.
