Nexus Digital Labs is seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, pixel-perfect experiences for our global enterprise platforms. You will lead the design process from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex user challenges.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Translate complex technical requirements into elegant user flows.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design language and component library.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (SaaS focus preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design systems and user-centric workflows.
- Solid understanding of web standards, CSS/HTML constraints, and responsive design.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or related field is a plus.
