Are you a visionary designer who believes that great design is the bridge between human needs and technical possibility? Nexus Digital Labs is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to help us craft world-class digital experiences for our global enterprise clients.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptual wireframing to high-fidelity interaction design, ensuring that our products are as beautiful as they are functional. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to push the boundaries of modern interface design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience design for complex web and mobile applications from ideation to launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to drive design decisions.
- Create comprehensive design systems, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive user flows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design thinking across the organization.
- Optimize existing interfaces based on data analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with iterative design processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into design improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or relevant professional experience.
