Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development to validate design decisions.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure design excellence during implementation.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Iterate designs based on data analytics, heatmaps, and direct user feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and accessible design patterns (WCAG).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining and scaling design systems for multi-platform environments.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/React is highly desirable to better collaborate with technical teams.
