Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using industry-standard tools
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Mentor junior designers and evangelize design best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch with strong design system knowledge
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies including usability testing and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end development basics
- Exceptional visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and micro-interactions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
