Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation, ensuring seamless user journeys
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design systems
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices and documentation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Experience conducting user testing and analyzing quantitative/qualitative data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping and understanding technical constraints
