Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization and user research to high-fidelity final assets.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate interaction patterns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven feedback and user insights.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our studio culture of design excellence.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and technological capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a clear, user-centered design process and high-quality visual execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and receive constructive feedback with a growth mindset.
- Deep experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related design field preferred.
