Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for stakeholder presentations
- Establish design guidelines and mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design mastery
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
