Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to drive data-informed design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Establish design standards and mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling storytelling
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our design practice
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Expertise in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion metrics
