Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain scalable UI design systems with consistent visual language
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex interaction design and visual systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, analytics)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
