- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design system adoption across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methods including interviews and surveys
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
