Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation for web/mobile products
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS/tech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with design leadership experience
