Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Design pixel-perfect UI interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing SaaS or fintech projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience conducting user research and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
