- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant visual solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
