Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptual wireframing to high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate complex workflows to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a culture of design excellence.
- Analyze data metrics to iterate on features and improve user conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of human-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and beautiful user flows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
