Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Present design work to stakeholders and articulate design rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions
- Portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and visual design skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
