Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user flows and complex interaction patterns for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize qualitative data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our internal design culture.
- Translate business objectives into creative design solutions that drive user engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating deep proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and user research.
- Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern web technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to thrive in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
