Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers through workshops and portfolio reviews
- Analyze user metrics to iterate and optimize design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Background in agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
