Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in B2B tech
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user flows
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
