Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final implementation
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously optimize experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data analysis
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
