Responsibilities
- Drive the user experience strategy for our flagship product suite from concept to launch.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation and design integrity.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Present and advocate for design concepts to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or consumer-tech environment.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and responsive layout.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Strong understanding of Human Interface Guidelines (Apple) and Material Design (Google).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments alongside product managers.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
