  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Proven ability to translate user insights into data-driven design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with iterative design cycles.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
