Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from concept through high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across complex web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to execute high-quality feature launches.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and feedback.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization to improve product usability and satisfaction.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in internal design crits to maintain a high bar of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio showcasing mobile and web application work.
- Deep expertise in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into data-driven design solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with iterative design cycles.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
