Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language and design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the wider team, effectively communicating design decisions and rationale.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our design capabilities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Experience with prototyping tools and a solid understanding of motion design principles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
