Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to drive design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to demonstrate user flows
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Experience conducting usability testing and implementing data-driven design decisions
- Excellent visual design skills with mastery of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in agile environments
