Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive presentations for stakeholder alignment
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with product/engineering teams
- Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems at scale
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Proven ability to present and articulate design rationale to executive stakeholders
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
