Responsibilities
- Drive the full design lifecycle from conceptual wireframing to high-fidelity pixel-perfect visual assets.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and identify pain points.
- Maintain and evolve our proprietary design system to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and gather rapid stakeholder feedback.
- Advocate for accessible design principles to ensure our products are inclusive for all user segments.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of constructive critique and continuous creative growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically within SaaS or complex web-based applications.
- A robust portfolio showcasing process, user-centered decision making, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools: Figma (advanced components/variants), Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
