Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create design documentation and style guides for development handoff
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Passion for fintech or SaaS products with demonstrable impact on user metrics
