Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Create responsive UI systems and design tokens for scalable product components
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system library
- Present design rationale to executive leadership and product stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent visual design skills with mastery of typography, color, and layout
- Experience working in agile development environments
