Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS/financial products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
