Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI components in React/React Native
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to drive data-informed design decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling storytelling and rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
